We collect the following personal data: • Account information: name, email address, company name, phone number • Professional credentials: Gas Safe Register number, OFTEC number, NICEIC/NAPIT number • Usage data: calculations performed, certificates generated, features used • Payment information: processed securely by Stripe — we do not store card details • Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information • Cookies: session cookies for authentication, analytics cookies (PostHog)

We use your personal data to: • Provide and maintain the TradeCalc Pro service • Process subscription payments via Stripe • Auto-fill your professional credentials on certificates • Send certificates by email on your behalf • Send service notifications (CP12 expiry reminders) • Improve the service using anonymised analytics • Comply with legal obligations
