By accessing or using TradeCalc Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Maximus & Co Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

TradeCalc Pro provides professional engineering calculators and certificate generation tools for UK tradespeople including Gas Safe engineers, electricians, plumbers and construction workers. The Service is provided as a web application accessible at tradecalcpro.co.uk.

You are responsible for: • Ensuring all calculations are verified and appropriate for your specific application • Holding the required qualifications and registrations for work you undertake • Compliance with all applicable UK regulations, British Standards and Building Regulations • The accuracy of information you enter into the Service • Keeping your account credentials secure TradeCalc Pro calculators are tools to assist qualified professionals — they do not replace professional judgement or statutory requirements.

IMPORTANT: TradeCalc Pro is a calculation aid for qualified professionals only. All calculations, certificates and documents generated by the Service must be verified by a suitably qualified and registered engineer before use. The Service does not replace: • Gas Safe Register requirements for gas work • OFTEC registration requirements for oil work • Part P notification requirements for electrical work • Building Regulations approval processes • Any other statutory requirements Maximus & Co Ltd accepts no liability for work carried out based solely on calculations from this Service without independent professional verification.

Free Plan: Access to all calculators with limited PDF exports (3 trial downloads). Pro Plan: £5.99 per month (excluding VAT where applicable), billed monthly. Includes unlimited PDF exports, all certificates, email sending and unlimited projects. • Subscriptions renew automatically each month • Cancel at any time — access continues until end of billing period • No refunds for partial months • Prices may change with 30 days notice • Payment processed securely by Stripe

All content, software, calculations, algorithms and design of TradeCalc Pro are owned by Maximus & Co Ltd and protected by copyright. You may not: • Copy, modify or distribute the Service • Reverse engineer the calculation algorithms • Use the Service to build a competing product • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Maximus & Co Ltd shall not be liable for: • Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages • Loss of profits or business • Any damages arising from use of calculations or certificates generated by the Service • Service interruptions or data loss Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We process your data in accordance with UK GDPR. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you: • Violate these Terms of Service • Use the Service fraudulently • Fail to pay subscription fees You may cancel your account at any time via Settings → Billing.
